Belavia will restore transit between Ukraine and Russia through Minsk airport in October. This is evidenced by the information in the airline's booking system, reports avianews.
The airline announced the resumption of flights from Minsk to Moscow Domodedovo Airport from September 30. Due to restrictions of the Russian authorities, flights will be operated only once a week on Wednesdays.
At the same time, connections between Moscow flights and flights to Ukraine are available for booking only from October 7 and only on Wednesdays.
At the moment, Belavia offers flights from Kiev to Moscow via Minsk and in the opposite direction with a total journey time of up to 4 hours. Airfare from $ 295 round trip with baggage included.
For the Odessa-Moscow route, the travel time will be up to 11 hours, which is caused by a longer connection in Minsk. Tickets from $ 425 round trip including baggage transportation.
Belavia does not offer transfer options to Moscow for flights Kharkov-Minsk and Lvov-Minsk, t. these routes are not operated on Wednesdays when the plane will take off for Moscow.
At the moment, Belavia's offer allows the fastest way to get from Kiev to Moscow and back. Ground communication between the capitals is represented only by road transport.
