The law proposes to give the opportunity for entrance examinations within the established quotas for applicants, whose place of residence is the temporarily occupied territory and the territory of settlements on the contact line, to all higher educational institutions.
Until today, admission by quota was provided only for applicants from the Crimea and Sevastopol. And applicants from ORDLO could enter only 91 Ukrainian universities according to a simplified system without passing an MCU.
