This document will regulate the trilateral relations of the state, mobile operators and subscribers who use mobile communications in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian state at the level of law receives additional levers to manage the field of electronic communications and establishes its rights, obligations and principles that all participants in the mobile communications market should follow.

From now on, mobile operators will be prohibited from sending spam messages. If mobile operators continue to do this, they will face a fine from 1700 hryvnias to 8500 hryvnias. The document also says that the data transfer rate announced by the mobile operator should not differ from that which is actually.

In case of violation of their rights, subscribers will be able to complain to the state regulator against an operator who is fined for violations of new rules in the amount of 17 to 85 thousand hryvnias for each specific case.

Also, the new document states that the location of a citizen of Ukraine and his movements will be transferred to the state.

Earlier it became known that the passenger of American Airlines (AA), who refused to wear a mask, despite repeated orders from flight attendants, was removed from the board. The carrier announced that people would not be allowed on flights without masks.
