This year, 260 officers, including 29 women, received higher education at the first bachelor's level, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Two graduates are listed on the Board of Honor, and 40 received diplomas with honors. Also completed the training of 78 master officers of the faculty of leadership training.

The event was held with the participation of the Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Major General Sergey Deineka.

Deineka congratulated border officers on his release, wished him a successful service and emphasized that young officers will be sent to all sections of the state border of Ukraine, except for the areas of the Operation of the Joint Forces. He also recalled that he himself walked this parade ground 24 years ago.

“I believe that all graduates will increase the achievements of the defenders of the state border of Ukraine. This is a significant event in the life of every graduate and is evidence of a conscious choice and willingness to faithfully serve the homeland.. Among the guests of the holiday were also representatives of the Verkhovna Rada, local authorities of law enforcement and interacting bodies, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, veteran border guards.

The graduate of the academy - the head of the State Security Department of Ukraine Sergey Rud also congratulated the officers and noted that a great future awaits the graduates.
