State Border Guard officers continue to conduct border crossing operations. Now the traffic intensity per day is about 15-16 thousand people to enter and leave Ukraine.

According to statistics, the intensive movement of passengers and vehicles remains on the Ukrainian-Polish section of the border.

Now four checkpoints “Yagodin”, “Krakovets”, “Rava-Russkaya” and “Shegini” work in this direction (the work of the latter has been restored today by changes to the Government’s order). As of 18. 00 about 700 people are registered at Sheginy.

The State Border Service draws attention to the fact that at the present time at the Shegini checkpoint, persons are allowed to pass only on foot, as the adjacent side - Poland - the work of the automobile direction has not been restored.

At all other three checkpoints, you can cross the border ONLY on vehicles.

The State Border Service asks citizens to take this information into account when planning their trip and choose the most convenient route so as not to waste extra time.

The State Border Service asks citizens to consider that from May 18, on foot, the state border with Poland can only be crossed at the Shegini checkpoint, at other checkpoints exclusively by vehicles, citizens will not be transported by bus.
