“I’ll note that the city has been finishing the heating season for several years earlier than the traditional one, as prescribed, on April 15 so that Kiev residents could save money,” the head of the capital said, stressing that it would take a maximum of 2-3 days to turn off heating in the capital.

The heating season in Ukraine started on October 10, 2019, for housing - from October 15.

Tariff for heating and hot water increased in the capital by 22.3%. The Cabinet planned to equalize heating prices in the regions. Today, at the same gas price, heating tariffs differ by 30-40%.
