Lesya Litvinova, head of the Svoi charity foundation, believes that the situation with coronavirus resembles 2014. When the state could not cope with the performance of its functions, and most of the responsibility volunteers took.

" To get at least something, it doesn’t matter at what price. People sew masks, wear antiseptics in the garage, try to print on a 3D printer spare parts for mechanical ventilation, adapters. Everything is exactly the same as it was, ”a volunteer told ZN. UA.

The key difference is that in 2020 volunteers will have less resources. Especially, under quarantine conditions, the incomes of many Ukrainians will fall, and people will be forced to save.

" And we have less resources - this is, secondly, "

" Even those who have money are afraid to part with it.. And if in 2014 the whole world helped us, now there is no one to help us.. The same thing is happening all over the world, "

In these circumstances, volunteers are asking Ukrainians to help doctors and hospitals.

We will remind, earlier volunteers declared that conscripts remain in the Armed Forces of Ukraine without protection, whom the command forces to buy masks at inflated prices and at their own expense.
