Kharkiv KP “City dairy factory-kitchen of baby food” operates normally during quarantine, but with enhanced safety measures.

This was reported by the deputy director for quality and safety of the enterprise Lyudmila Loboiko, the press service of the City Council reports..

According to her, the work of the factory-kitchen in the new conditions has not changed: as before, it works seven days a week, the reduction of the working day and the reduction of the working hours of the food delivery points were not introduced.

“Our health worker examines the employees who come to work, measures the temperature. Since we produce baby food, we used to have a mask regimen, and personal protective equipment was constantly used. But now we pay even more attention to disinfection, processing of hands and surfaces. The company is fully provided with hygiene products, disinfectants. The number of cleanings has increased, ”said Lyudmila Loboiko.

She also said that a total of 236 people work at the enterprise and at the points of issue (79 - in Kharkov, 17 - in the region). Almost all of them live in the immediate vicinity of the place of work; for the rest, KP organized transportation by road.



According to Lyudmila Loboiko, currently the kitchen factory produces 29 items of products and daily produces about 17 thousand. servings.

“This product can be used not only as a daily diet, but also for prophylactic purposes, because it contains bifidobacteria and an acetophilic bacillus.. Also useful are extracts of rose hips, cornel, currants. At such a time, they will be very handy for the child’s body, to support immunity, ”said the deputy director of the enterprise.
