This was announced today, February 10, at a meeting of the Standing Committee on Humanitarian Affairs (education, culture, spirituality, youth policy and sports) of the Kharkov City Council, Director of the Department of Education Olga Demenko.
According to her, every year a new kindergarten is opened in the city, new groups. In particular, in 2019, 14 groups were opened in existing kindergartens and kindergarten No. 352 in the Sloboda district. New groups equip with furniture, soft inventory, necessary equipment. The director of the department noted that now in Kharkov, 90% of children aged two to six receive pre-school education, and this is the highest figure in Ukraine.
