The regulation on the automated control system for paying for the cost of parking services was approved today, December 24, at a meeting of the executive committee of the Kharkiv city council.
According to Galina Litvinets, Deputy Director of the Registration and Digital Development Department, the system developed for the smartphone will consist, in particular, of the following components:.
driver app;
parking inspector app;
driver web portal.
The system will allow using a mobile application to make non-cash payment of the cost of parking services and provide drivers with information about city parking lots, as well as allow inspectors to control payment for parking in automatic mode, bring to administrative responsibility those responsible for violating the rules of stopping, parking and parking the vehicle.
