December 24, Kiev Court of Appeal rejected a petition for the defense of Yulia Kuzmenko, suspected of the murder of Pavel Sheremet.

Prosecutors opposed changing the measure of restraint, and Kuzmenko's lawyer demanded that the decision of the Pechersk court on the election of a preventive measure be annulled.
In total 56 people were ready to bail Kuzmenko.
