In Minsk, no one came to an action in support of Belarus’s integration with Russia, which was to be held on December 20 in the city center, Radio Liberty reports.
The action was supposed to begin at 12:00, but by this time only journalists were on the square.
On December 11, the head of the Presidential Administration Igor Sergeyenko was sent an appeal on behalf of the leaders of the “left-wing patriotic associations of Belarus that create the Unity Coordinating Council.
Its authors requested permission to hold an action in support of integration on Oktyabrskaya Square. It was planned for December 20, from 12. 00 to 13. 00.
