The rector of the university, police general of the third rank Valery Sokurenko, who congratulated everyone on the solemn event, addressed the audience.. Those present honored with a minute of silence the memory of all the heroes who, at the cost of their own lives, fought for freedom and independence at different times..

The youth also enthusiastically watched the drill of future law enforcement officers, and made sure that the university not only mastered the special sciences, but also actively engaged in sports, performed in amateur art groups, knew and appreciated the history of their country and the Ukrainian people.
