"If the car moves at a speed of less than 50 km / h, the risk of death of pedestrians is 20%, whereas at 80 km / h - almost 60%. It also minimizes the risks for the driver and passengers in the car ", - said the official, adding that you can not get behind the wheel while intoxicated.

Suprun said that for small children it is imperative to use a car seat.
