The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption sent 11 protocols on administrative offenses to the court.

We are talking about the facts of declaring inaccurate information, failure to report and untimely reporting of significant changes in property status, as well as late submission of declarations. So, 3 admin protocols were compiled based on the results of checking declarations of 2015–2017 of MP, Deputy Speaker Oksana Syroid.

There is a discrepancy between the declared value of the Syroid car at the date of acquisition of the right. The car was purchased on the basis of an exchange contract (agreement), according to which the cost of Suzuki Grand Vitara, which the vice speaker bought from her civil husband, was 10 hryvnia. However, the declarations indicate the value of the car for which it was purchased by the previous owner, namely: 180 thousand hryvnia.

The NACP noted that the recorded offenses are related to corruption, are provided for in part two of Article 172-6 of the KUoAP.

Meanwhile, Syroid herself stated that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption incorrectly interpreted her declaration and mistakenly stated that she had purchased a car for 10 hryvnia. The deputy chairman of the Ukrainian parliament wrote about this on Facebook..

"Syroid in the declaration indicated the purchase of a car for 180 000 hryvnia. Just NACP insists that the car was worth 10 hryvnia. Please be careful in your headlines.. Thank! "she said.
