The day dedicated to people with special needs, was held in Feldman Ecopark on Sunday, November 4. On this day, more than a thousand special guests visited the Social and Humanitarian Multicomplex: both individual visitors and organized groups, among which, in particular, were children from Kharkiv City Children's Hospital No. 5, Special Educational Complex No. 2, Komarovsky orphanage , as well as children and adults with special needs from the Kharkov modular camp for immigrants.

For special guests, several types of special excursions were developed (including. with a sign language interpreter, with wheelchair access), they were treated to a delicious lunch, they had direct contact with animals on the contact yard (for some children this was their first experience in life) and they were introduced to the elements of animal therapy and therapists (horses and ponies, dogs, rabbits ).

Founder of the International Charitable Foundation and Ecopark, people's deputy of Ukraine Oleksandr Feldman urged all Ukrainians to join this project and join efforts to make the lives of people with special needs and everyone who needs our help and attention better.

“We start with ourselves and believe that this project will become All-Ukrainian. In the whole civilized world, people with special needs are full members of society: they work in public and private structures, actively visit cultural and entertainment institutions, live the same life as all other people.. We are all the same. And starting the project, we call on everyone:

theaters and cinemas, museums and educational institutions, state and municipal structures, shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as ordinary residents to open their doors and their hearts to these people, ”said Alexander Feldman.

The project, launched under the slogan “Feldman Ecopark unites: we are the same,” was joined by numerous visitors to Ecopark, who came to it on this warm November day.. As a sign of understanding of the existing problem and readiness to help in solving it, they placed special stickers on their clothes.. In the future, special days for special people in the Social-Humanitarian Multi-complex will be held regularly..
