"The heads of the RSA must take personal control of the start of the heating season on the ground. In the event of sabotage, they have every right to appeal to the prosecution authorities, "said the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Gennady Zubko.

The Vice Prime Minister stressed that, with the financial decentralization in the field in 2015, funds were transferred to the maximum. According to him, today development budgets amount to 200 billion UAH.

He also said that NJSC Naftogaz was instructed to conclude gas supply contracts with heat producers that provide services for heating and hot water supply to the population by October 15.. "Naftogaz" together with the operators instructed to ensure uninterrupted supply of gas to heat producers in the heating period.

First Deputy Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mark Becker stressed the personal responsibility of the heads of local governments in the timeliness of the start and the smooth running of the heating season.

"I think that in Kharkiv are ready for the beginning of the heating season. We see no reason to break the season.. The inclusion of social and cultural facilities is under the control of HOGA and will be held on time, "said Mark Becker.
