The wife of the deceased in the zone of the ATO military filed a lawsuit against Russia on collecting moral damages in the amount of 60 thousand euros.
This was reported by the press service of the Khmelnytsky regional court. The woman points out that the aggression of the Russian Federation is a well-known fact. Therefore, it is the Russian Federation that should be responsible for military actions, in the result of which Ukrainians are killed, namely, from this country it is necessary to collect moral damage.
In July 2014, during the task of evacuating the wounded in the town of Shakhtersk, the BTR-80, which was ruled by the husband of this woman, was blown up on the militant of the armed formations of the Russian Federation.
