"Colleagues of judges today, September 24, 2018, in fact considered appeals against 6 people. In each case, separately with respect to these 6 people, the collegia of judges decided to leave the appellate complaints of defenders without satisfaction, and the decisions of the investigating judges to elect the participants in the conflict around the Grain Elevator complex measures in the form of custody - without changes, "the court informed.
The court collegium decided to postpone the appeal appeals of the defenders to 13 more persons "in connection with the need for defense lawyers in each case separately to further coordinate their positions with the positions of these 13 suspects".
A consideration of the appeal filed in the interests of Oleg Shiryaev, in connection with the statement of his lawyer about the inability to attend today's hearing, was postponed until October 1.
"Continued consideration of appeals will be held on September 27 and October 1, 2018," - noted in court.
Recall, September 11, there was a massive fight with shooting in the village of Zanki, Kharkov region at the local elevator. Several dozens of people took part in it. As a result of the collision, seven people were injured. The court chose measures in the form of detention in 22 suspected of participating in skirmishes.
