On September 21 Konstantin Petrovsky, the chairman of the supervisory board, and Vyacheslav Shevchenko, the executive director of the Kharkov tractor plant, owned by the DCH group Alexander Yaroslavsky, handed over the keys of the fire engine to the leadership of the State Emergency Service with a thirty-meter assault ladder. Earlier the car belonged to KhTW.

- The KhTZ management, as well as the DCH group of companies, are happy to note the high rates of housing construction in Kharkiv. Recently, only in the area of ??the plant more than 30 high-rise buildings have been built, and, accordingly, the need for rescuers has increased in technology, in particular, one that allows for extinguishing fires and rescuing people at high altitude. Proceeding from this, I decided to transfer the special car, - commented K. Petrovsky.

It should be noted that the uniqueness of this machine lies in the fact that it is equipped with a thirty-meter assault ladder, which is designed to lift firemen to the upper floors of buildings up to a height of 30 meters. Also, the car is used to extinguish fires with water and air-mechanical foam.

- We are grateful to the leadership of Khartsyzsk Tractor Works for the transfer to the balance of our garrison of such necessary vehicle.

Now the car is ready for operation and will soon replenish the vehicle fleet of fire and rescue equipment of one of the district units of the Kharkov garrison of the State Emergency Service, "said Alexander Volobuev, Head of the State Department of the Emergencies Ministry of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.

Recall that the Kharkov tractor plant is part of the group of companies DCH Alexander Yaroslavsky, which is known for its support of social projects. In particular, the total amount of investments by a businessman in projects of various industry affiliations in the Kharkov region alone exceeded $ 1 billion (including $ 300 million in the social project of preparation of Kharkov for Euro 2012).
