Kiev declared September 22 the Day of mourning for the man killed in the Donbass in Kiev

In Kiev, September 22, was declared the Day of Mourning in connection with the death in the zone of the operation of the United Forces (OOS) of Kiev, Vladimir Matvienko. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration.

"To commemorate the tragically lost while ensuring national security and defense, repelling and restraining the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the commander of the branch of the 1st motorized infantry company of the motorized infantry battalion of the military unit A2167, Vladimir Matvienko, was declared the Day of Mourning on September 22 in Kyiv, - it says in it.



As a sign of mourning, the State flags of Ukraine with mourning ribbon on the buildings and structures of local self-government, municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations will be lowered throughout the city.

Recall that on May 17, 2018 KSCA adopted the decision № 803/4867, according to which the Day of Mourning is announced in the capital during the funeral of the people of Kiev who died defending and restraining the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
