Members of the Parliamentary Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pensions recommended that the Verkhovna Rada consider in the first reading and support as a basis the bill No. 8322 "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Provision of Health Measures and Setting a Single Contribution Rate for Compulsory State Social Insurance in depending on the size of the accrual basis ".

The authors of the document are the representatives of the Popular Front, Irina Efremova, Taras Kremen, Igor Brichenko and Vadim Podbereznyak, - reports "The Main" referring to the page of the Kharkov "Popular Front" in "Facebook".

According to Irina Efremova, sanatorium-and-spa treatment is an important component of social policy, contributes to strengthening and restoring the health of the nation.

At the same time, the financial resources accumulated in the social protection system for these purposes are not sufficient to cover expenses in view of the demographic trend.

"We, as authors of the draft law, are convinced that its adoption, on the one hand, will improve the quality of the provision of sanatorium services, significantly expand the range of people who will be able to use these services, and on the other, do not create an excessive tax burden on the employer and employee ", - noted Irina Efremova.
