It is noted that, since September 1, the Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 637 came into force, amending the procedure for the registration of vehicle operations in the territorial service centers of the Ministry of the Interior.

According to the decree, the vehicle will not be taken off the register when transferring ownership to the new owner. From now on, any territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will carry out a direct re-registration of the vehicle to a new owner under contracts for the sale of a vehicle, donation, exchange or financial leasing, as well as by will and acceptance and transfer acts.

Remove the vehicle from the register in the following cases: export of the vehicle abroad; culling, recycling; By the tribunal's decision; in connection with the cancellation of registration.

In addition, the list of documents confirming the legality of the acquisition of a vehicle is supplemented by a vehicle purchase and sale agreement.

In the event that the National Agency has been handed over to the management of a car that has been seized in criminal proceedings, the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs issues a temporary registration coupon to the manager.

Also, based on the management agreement and the manager's application, you can restore the lost vehicle registration certificate (technical passport) or license plates.
