Buses that barely go, rusty with broken windows and under the eyeballs are crammed with passengers. Kharkiv citizens still complain about urban and suburban public transport, they say long-distance routes are still in normal condition, and city ones do not breathe at all, especially it gives a characteristic screeching when buses stop at bus stops or traffic lights.

Especially the citizens are worried about the eternal overload especially in the summer heat, in city minibuses, where the interval of traffic on average is half an hour - you can still endure standing up, but between the cities such trips become unbearable, the Kharkivites complain.

Looking at this and the increase in the number of accidents with public transport, patrol police in conjunction with Ukrtransbespokoy, starting from July 23 of this year, inspections began on compliance by drivers and carriers with the requirements of the Rules of the Road and the Rules for the Transport of Passengers. During this time, 3,180 vehicles were inspected, and 15 driving facts were identified without the necessary documents, 2 facts of drunk driving, 146 facts of passenger transportation in excess of the assigned amount and 64 facts of bus control with technical malfunctions.

Since the beginning of Operation Carrier, 692 violations of the legislation of drivers allowed by public transport vehicles.
