Evgeny Gutkov: Residents of new high-rise buildings will pay less for heating

Every year the problem of energy saving becomes more and more urgent. Scientists have calculated: the main sources of energy - gas, oil and coal - remained for a maximum of 100 years. And since the construction industry is the main consumer of these resources, a new trend has emerged in the world - the creation of energy-efficient houses.

Ukraine also does not fall behind. When building high-rise buildings, developers take into account all the factors that will contribute to saving thermal energy for decades.

Long-term experience of the construction company Construction Group International shows: to maximally reduce energy costs, the system should be approached systematically.

The company's track record includes elite residential buildings in the prestigious districts of Kharkov, which differ not only in comfort and safety, but also in special approaches to the question of saving resources.

"The house will be equipped with an individual boiler house with an automated function of increasing or decreasing the amount of heat (combustible gas). For example, in 17. 00, when the tenants return from work, more intensive heating starts, and from 6. 00 am the temperature of the coolant drops to normative + 18-19 degrees. In addition, we will put sensors that will react to the movement of the sun: the sun has warmed up - the temperature of the batteries has decreased. According to calculations, this will significantly reduce gas consumption. Plus, the building is properly oriented - so that in winter all apartments can receive additional heat from the sun, and outside the walls are insulated with basalt mineral wool plates, "- says Yevgeny Gutkov.

Also in the residential complex "Diplomat" will be installed elevators production Kharkov company "INTER-ELEVATOR". The lifts are equipped with the latest energy-saving and passenger safety systems, are distinguished by modern design, LED backlighting and intelligent control.

Recall that in June 2017 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed a law on the energy efficiency of buildings. According to the document, the construction customer must produce the energy certificate of the building, taking into account the minimum requirements for energy efficiency, which are prescribed in building codes.

According to the people's deputies, this will help to use energy resources in buildings more economically and reduce the cost of paying communal housing for the population.

The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services estimated: thanks to innovations, the sums in heat payments for residents of new buildings will decrease by at least 15%.

The topic The first energy-efficient building appeared in Manchester after the world energy crisis of 1974. It was an office building, the design of which took into account the best technical solutions for energy saving. Energy consumption was reduced due to the effective use of solar energy, two-layered enclosing structures and computer control of building engineering equipment.
