Officers-psychologists of the group of moral and psychological support of the National Guard of Ukraine, in cooperation with the military chaplain, once again conducted classes with guardsmen in accordance with the new NATO standards. First of all, the fighters were tested on the method of detecting human disadaptation. Such tests allow you to identify changes and pathological behavior transformation or psychoemotional disorders.

Also with the guardsmen were practically training sessions on the system of teambuilding. Conducting these trainings is aimed at uniting the military collective, forming a strong team that can successfully and effectively achieve any set goals.

In order to stimulate the moral and spiritual state, the military priest and priest (chaplain), father Victor. He reminded the guards of the importance of understanding spiritual attitudes and fraternal relations in the team.

The chaplain blessed the guardsmen for military service and communicated with those who wished on personal topics.

Thanks to the reforms of psychological support, cooperation with military chaplains and the introduction of new methods of work, constant monitoring of the psychological and emotional state of the personnel. This allows you to reduce the manifestations of stresses, stress, increase the activation of your own spiritual and moral resources and avoid unpleasant consequences when performing combat missions in the zone of environmental protection.
