Copenhagen, Luxembourg and Tallinn topped the rating of the most "relaxing" European capitals, where you can safely rest on a short trip. In the top 5 were also Helsinki and Zagreb.
The European Relaxation Index has been compiled by the Spa Seekers tourist site on five main criteria:
the level of happiness of local residents, the density of the population, the availability of public transport, the extent of the shoreline in the immediate vicinity and the overall standard of living. In addition, the compilers of the rating took into account the workload of the nearest airport.
It turned out that in Helsinki the happiest inhabitants, in Copenhagen the highest standard of living, and the city transport is most satisfied with Luxembourgers.
As the authors note, urban travel for a few days are becoming more popular in recent times.
