Deputy Mayor of the Russian Omsk Elena Shipilova told the local newspaper Novy Omsk how the gallows appeared on the embankment of the city, everyone could wish to put the head in a loop.
Relevant photos of Alexei Panteleev, one of which the girl with pleasure posing with a noose around her neck, flew all large public.
According to the official, the initiative belonged to the organizers of the local military historical festival "Serf people of Siberia".
"They were guided by Peter's times, when the gallows were, unfortunately, a common element of the urban environment. The guys tried to reproduce as plausibly as possible, - explained Elena Shipilova. "We will warn them for the future so that they will not create such extreme situations in the pursuit of plausibility".
