Bailiffs-executors of the Sverdlovsk region helped 30 graduates of orphanages in the Sverdlovsk region to obtain keys from new apartments by court order. Owners of own housing in July 2018 were 27 graduates of orphanages in the Art District and three orphans in the Sloboda-Turin region, the press office of the UFSSP.

Executive bodies should provide living quarters to all graduates of orphanages who do not have their own housing. This norm is established by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Additional Guarantees for the Social Support of Orphans and Children Left Without Parental Care".

In turn, debtors are slow to comply with the law, explaining this by a lack of money in the budget. In order to actually fulfill the requirements, the bailiffs apply the full range of enforcement measures: executive levy, administrative fines, warning of officials of criminal liability under art.. 315 of the Criminal Code.

Since the beginning of the year, thanks to the bailiffs-executors of the Sverdlovsk region, 315 young people and girls have found their own housing.
