Residents of the village of Cement near Nevyansky complained to the prosecutor's office at the local plant "Nevyansky Cementnik", which poisons the atmosphere with dust of inorganic origin. The Office conducted an audit, which found out that the dust election really takes place, with 20 to 70% of this dust being silicon.
At the same time, the company does not have permission to discharge harmful substances.
According to the results of the inspection, "Cementnik" paid a fine of 42 thousand rubles, and the court ordered the plant to develop a draft standards for maximum permissible emissions and obtain permission to release harmful substances into the air.
