Former serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergey Ulyanov set fire to himself under the building of the Ministry of Defense. This was reported by InfoResist in the command of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces.

Ulyanov previously served in the commandant's platoon of one of the military units. In September 2017, he was fired.
