The Russian business community appealed to the Ministry of Labor with a proposal to introduce into the Labor Code a new standard - on dismissal "in connection with the loss of trust". Head of the Department of State Service of the Ministry Dmitry Basnak said that the agency will consider such an opportunity, but for "a limited number of companies". This is reported by Izvestiya.

Today in Russia this rule is applied only for civil servants.

The grounds for dismissal due to mistrust are clearly spelled out in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation: inaction in resolving conflicts of interests, commercial activities, participation in foreign NGOs, accounts in foreign banks and other. Now these rules can spread to commercial organizations.

According to businessmen, the innovation will help them to protect themselves from impure employees, will help prevent unfair competition, preserve and protect businesses from industrial espionage.
