In Lesnoye a meeting of the trade union activists on the draft law on raising the retirement age was held. As a result, the primary trade union organization of the Electrokhimpribor Combine under the chairmanship of Yevgeny Venglovsky and the territorial organization of the Lesnoy trade union, the nuclear energy and industry trade union under the leadership of Elena Kaznevskaya sent their addresses to the governor of the Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev and the speaker of the Legislative Assembly Lyudmila Babushkina.

The document reflects the position of Lesnoy trade union organizations representing the interests of 10,200 trade union members who do not agree with the increase in the retirement age in the current socio-economic conditions.

Earlier, the delegation of the Lesnoy pro-activists took part in the rally held in Kachkanar on July 5. As is known, the supermarket supported the bill on raising the retirement age. The State Duma of the Russian Federation will consider the bill in the first reading on July 19.

On Tuesday, July 17, Aramil will host an expanded meeting of the Coordinating Council of Trade Union Organizations of the city with the participation of city deputies and officials.

From the Federation of Trade Unions of the Sverdlovsk Region, the deputy head of the legal department Elena Uvarova will take part in the round table. The task of such meetings is to convey to the authorities the position of the trade unions and convince them to support it. Similar meetings of enlarged coordinating councils of trade unions, where heads of cities are invited, deputies of local councils, employers, have already passed in 26 municipalities of the region.
