A corresponding decision was made today, July 11, at a meeting of the executive committee of the Kharkiv City Council. The decision will come into force on July 16.

As the Director of the Registration Department Oleg Drobot noted, in addition to the possibility of issuing certificates on the composition of the family by proxy, the owner of the housing will now be able to obtain a certificate without the participation of other owners and co-owners. With a request to make such changes to the department, Kharkiv residents addressed themselves, who faced various problem situations in obtaining certificates. For example, someone from the owners of housing could be abroad, someone could not apply for health reasons and t.

"A certificate on the composition of the family could be obtained only by the owners or employers of a particular living quarters. And if the owners were several, they all had to come and order this information. After the adoption of today's decision, such a certificate can be obtained by any of the owners without the presence of others, the employer, any person registered at this address, if he was 14 years old, a legal representative of such person or a person by proxy, "Oleg Drobot said about simplifying the process of issuing certificates.

According to him, the adoption of such a decision became possible after the launch of a single automated system for generating inquiries about the composition of the family - the "Electronic Services Portal of Kharkiv". He noted, for today through the Portal was formed 50 thousand. certificates, 37,5 thousand. (75%) of them - without the participation of the applicant.

"Only one fourth of the certificates were drawn up with the applicant's participation, but this is still a large number, and there is a need to further simplify the procedure for obtaining. We constantly collect information about who requires them in paper form. For example, universities demanded them, although we did not see the grounds for this. We had conversations with each university, and now they will no longer demand such certificates. This is how we work with each body so that Kharkiv citizens do not lose their time, "said the director of the department..

He also said that since June more than 200 notaries have joined the Portal, and this work is continuing. The next step will be the connection to this service of urban enterprises - Kharkovvodokanal, Kharkiv Thermal Networks, Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Enterprise, Kharkovgorgaz PJSC, Kharkovoblenergo JSC.

"Our goal is to increase the number of services that are provided electronically,. About 50 services of different levels are under development, and we must ensure their integration into the Portal of Electronic Services.

On the issue of public services, we are working with the National Agency for e-government, so that state services that provide online services, integrate into the Portal, "said Oleg Drobot.

Recall from June 1 in Kharkiv significantly simplified the procedure for obtaining information about the family and launched the Portal of electronic services. In addition, the CP "Kharkov City Bureau of Technical Inventory" now operates the services of "Apple Pay" and "Google Pay".
