The TFR in the Sverdlovsk Region has charged the attempted murder of two or more persons in a generally dangerous manner to a Polevskiy resident who, while driving a Toyota Land Cruiser 120, shot down six people on the sidewalk. In addition, the driver is accused of violating traffic rules by a person subject to administrative punishment.
