Daughter Alina and husband Vladimir postman, who was brutally murdered in a house on Botany on February 17 last year, demanded through the court compensation for moral harm from the employer of a relative - the FSUE of the Sverdlovsk Region, a branch of FSUE Russian Post.

"The employer drafted an accident report on production. The plaintiffs believe that the SFPS of the Sverdlovsk Region has not adequately secured the safety of its employee, which has led to a tragic death. As a result of the death of a loved one and loved ones, the plaintiffs experienced strong emotional experiences and suffered a serious psychotraumatic situation. In the statement of claim they asked to recover from the defendant in compensation for moral damage in connection with the death of a loved one in favor of the plaintiff Alina 3 million rubles in favor of Vladimir - 1,500 thousand rubles, "- said in the Sverdlovsk Regional Court.

The requirements were partially met. In favor of her daughter collected 500 thousand rubles, her husband Vladimir - 300 thousand rubles. The rest of the claims are rejected. The defendant disagreed with this decision and appealed.

In support of the complaint, the respondent's representative referred to the lack of evidence of the fact that the employer did not provide safe working conditions. However, as was established by the court of first instance, Emma Kardanova was not acquainted with the instructions on labor protection for the postman on the delivery of pensions, transfers, instructions for the use of aerosol canisters, instructions on the use of special protective equipment - gas cartridges, with instructions on the postal security measures of postal workers who deliver money transfers, pensions, allowances, periodicals and mail correspondence to addressees.

Sverdlovsk Regional Court upheld the decision of the court of first instance without change.

The killers were detained the same day, the mother immediately wrote a confession of guilt. In the criminals, the investigators found 186,000 rubles out of 240,000 stolen from the postman.

At the trial, the defendants did not admit guilt, saying that they did not kill the bearer of the dog, but simply stabbed her three times with a knife. The prosecutor's office asked for a mother and son 30 years for two. However, the Sverdlovsk regional court gave them a little more: 64-year-old Lyudmila Ryzhkova 16.5 years of a colony of the general regime, her 30-year-old son Konstantin Ryzhkov - in the form of a 15-year colony of strict regime.
