"To date, received 3 applications. All declared recreational areas near the water were checked by the specialists of the State Inspectorate of Hydrometeorology and recognized as safe. This is a city beach on the Verkh-Neuinsky pond in Novouralsk, the beach of the recreation center "Sosnovy Bor" and "Camping" in the Pervouralsk urban district. As new applications are received from municipal entities and beach owners, the staff of the State Inspectorate for Hydrometeorology will continue checking the places of rest near the water, "the EMERCOM of Russia for the Sverdlovsk region.

Recall that to ensure the safe recreation of people and obtain permission to operate the beach, their owners must meet the following requirements:.

- survey of the bottom of the reservoir by divers;.

- the presence of a rescue post with the necessary means of rescue and equipped with telephone communication;.

- the organization of the duty of certified rescuers;.

- protection by special buoys of the boundary of the bathing area;.

- placement of stands with information on the rules of behavior on the water, air and water temperature data;.

- in places reserved for swimming, there should be no ground water, funnels and strong currents;.

- Floating pontoons enclosing the water area of ??the pool should be securely fixed and connected to the shore by footbridges or gangways, and the entrances to the water must be equipped with handrails.
