Sverdlovsk communal services are actively preparing Alapayevsk for the arrival of Patriarch Cyril, whose visit is scheduled for the Tsar's days - July 16-18. In particular, the energy sector is preparing to upgrade the infrastructure along the route of the abbot of the ROC.

"This year Alapaevsk will visit a large number of pilgrims, the main events are planned in the northern part of the city. In preparation for the festival "Royal Days", the enterprise reconstructs a number of electric grid facilities located along the route of the participants in the procession. Now we are repairing two transformer substations, which are in close proximity to the festival's guest route. Together with the city administration, we transfer 0.4 kV transmission lines to new supports - the line is in operation under the lease agreement. Reconstruction is subject to 3.6 km on Lenina Street, 450 meters on Gogol Street and 700 meters on Tchaikovsky Street, "the local branch of JSC" Oblkommunenergo ".

In addition, on the square in front of the Floor School, about 90 meters of the power transmission line of 10kW of energy will be transferred to underground communications, and on Lenin Street, along which the main stream of pilgrims will pass, the dilapidated wooden supports will be replaced with reinforced concrete. For the duration of the festival, reserve power supplies will be prepared, emergency recovery teams will be additionally staffed, and the protection of power facilities will be strengthened.
