"120 million hryvnia is needed for the Kharkiv region, but MOZ allocated only 40. This is the third part of what our region needs for the year. This is a state program, people count on it. The first half of the year 2018 is already over, and out of the necessary amount we received only 40 million. This is completely the fault of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Health. To people do not die, the regional administrations have to look for money and close the holes of the Ministry of Health. The Health Department of the KhOAA reported a shortage of funds for the purchase of insulin under the state program in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health.

According to the deputy head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mikhail Chernyak, the shortage of funds for insulin in the Kharkov region will be compensated from the local budget.

"This problem appears year after year. As a rule, in such cases, the situation is trying to equalize at all levels at the expense of local budgets. With the relevant ministry and the Cabinet, we work to maximize. As soon as there will be some additional subvention, we will immediately report this, "- said Mikhail Chernyak.
