The Novolalinskiy District Court rendered a sentence to a local resident, born in 1977, who struck a policeman.
On January 28, 2018, in the room of the duty unit, detained for committing an administrative offense under Article 20. 1 CoAP of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism) arranged a drunken brawl and struck the operative duty officer on duty at the local police department, injuring him.
After examining the circumstances of the conflict, Verkhotury interdistrict investigative department of the TFR initiated a criminal case for the use of violence against a representative of the authorities. The detainee pleaded guilty.
"The verdict of the Novolalinsky District Court was found guilty of the criminal and was punished in the form of a fine of 45,000 rubles," said Valery Gorelykh, spokesman for the Interior Ministry of the Sverdlovsk Region.
