In Nizhny Tagil, the court sent a worker of the local cemetery Timofey Petrunin and his accomplice Pavel Volkov to the colony-settlement. Both are found guilty of thefts.

38-year-old Petrunin was engaged in excavation of graves in the cemetery. However, incomes did not match the appetite of a man, and he decided to go on illegal earnings. He abducted from the cemeteries fences and monuments, then either handed them to scrap metal, or resold to new inconsolable relatives.

In total, the gravedigger committed 18 crimes, 6 of which - together with Volkov. The damage to 17 victims amounted to 572 thousand rubles.

The court sent Petrunin to the colony-settlement for 3 years, and Volkova - for 2.5 years.
