The driver and conductor of the trolleybus belonging to MUP ETTU are punished for the injury that their passenger received. The incident was checked by the prosecutor's office of the Ordzhonikidzevsky district.

The incident occurred on July 20, 2017. At the stop "Square of the First Five-Year Plan" a 71-year-old passenger was jammed with prematurely closed doors.

The woman was diagnosed with a bruise of the right forearm, which she treated as an outpatient in a polyclinic.

The prosecutor's office determined that the incident was due to the inattention of the driver and conductor of the trolleybus. As a result, the department submitted a presentation to the head of the Ordzhonikidze trolleybus depot of the TTU, following the examination of which the driver and conductor received disciplinary sanctions. In addition, TTU voluntarily reimbursed the pensioner for moral damages.
