This is stated in the verdict of the Dergachevsky District Court on May 8, reports Depo.. Kharkiv.

According to the court, the accused is a representative of an enterprise that purchases vehicles in the territory of the European Union and the Baltic States, their importation into Ukraine and transfer to management of private individuals.

In February 2018, representatives of the so-called "Kirov department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" LNV - the senior lieutenant and two precinct officers - applied to the man with the request to help in the acquisition and import of three cars. Violators also found an intermediary who was supposed to arrange a meeting with a representative of an auto trader and give him an advance.

The defendant brought to the case two more co-defendants.

The men chose and agreed with the terrorists the car that they planned to acquire first. On February 25, they flew to Germany, where they bought a Volkswagen Touareg car of the Lithuanian registration. The car was brought to Ukraine, where the power of attorney from the enterprise was manufactured for representatives of the so-called "MVD" "LNV". On March 19, they planned to transfer the car, but were detained at the checkpoint "Goptovka".

On April 23, an agreement was concluded between the prosecutor and the suspect on the conviction.

The court approved the agreement and found the man guilty of committing a crime by h. 2 items. 15, hours. 4 items. 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, appointing him a sentence of five years imprisonment without forfeiting the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities and confiscation of property.

At the same time, the court released him from serving the main punishment with a probation period of three years and ordered him to be released from custody in the courtroom.
