A resident of Alapaevsk sued the energy supplier "Energosbyt Plus", because of which he almost lost his benefits.

In January 2017, the man installed a new multifunctional three-phase electricity meter, which he designed in accordance with all the rules. Energosbyt Plus took it as a settlement, but did not take the testimony, although the man regularly supplied them to the supplier and even paid. The communal workers also redistributed money for electricity to other utilities. As a result, the man had a debt, and he was notified of the impending electricity cutoff.

After that, the notification came from the MKU "Directorate of the Single Customer", in which the man issued subsidies for the payment of utilities. They threatened to deprive him of benefits for debts. On the consumer's claim, the electricity supplier did not answer.

The man appealed to the court, in the lawsuit he demanded that the communal services be informed to officials that he did not have a duty, because of which a man could lose privileges, and also recover from them 50 thousand rubles of moral damage. The plaintiff argued that he suffered and suffered severe stress because of the prospect of losing the housing allowance.

The court partially satisfied the lawsuits - collected 7 thousand rubles of moral damage, laid down all the required obligations, and also collected a state fee of 600 rubles. Oblsud left the appeal of communal workers without satisfaction.
