The agent of the insurance company Yugoria in Turinsk came to court for imposing additional services to clients. One of the clients to whom the woman refused to register the MTPL policy without entering into a contract for life or housing insurance, recorded it on the recorder and referred the record to the prosecutor's office.
The Office verified and confirmed violations of the rules of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners and the law on the protection of consumers' rights. With regard to the agent, the prosecutor's office instituted an administrative order under Art. 15. 34. 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (imposing additional services on the insured). The court fined the agent for 25 thousand rubles, and the prosecutor's office obtained the dismissal of a woman from the UGK "Yugoria".
