The World Court of Ordzhonikidzevsky District sentenced a local resident, the owner of the "rubber apartment".
In November and December 2017, a 46-year-old unemployed resident of Uralmash, who had a conviction for a property crime, put 26 migrants in his apartment in a house on the Boulevard of Culture.
Registration was fictitious - none of the registered guests from near abroad to the apartment was not settled.
The fact of illegal registration was revealed by policemen during the development of the residential sector. The court found the perpetrator guilty under the article "Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in a residential building in the Russian Federation" and appointed him a one-year suspended sentence with a probation period of two years.
