In Berezovsky two local residents severely beat their drinking companion at the bus stop. After some time, he died in the hospital. For this, the eldest of them received 10 years and 25 days of imprisonment in a strict regime colony, the younger one - 9 years and 25 days of a "straggler".

As reported in the SS of the SK of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region, September 15, the defendants - men of 1981 and 1986 years of birth - met a man born in 1972 and began to drink alcohol with him at the bus stop "Hospital town". During the feast the intruders quarreled with their new acquaintance and brutally beat him. From the injuries received, the victim died after a short time at a local hospital, where he was taken to provide medical assistance to him.

The defendants stole from their victim a bank card, with which they subsequently tried to withdraw 5 thousand rubles from an ATM at Gagarin. However, the abducted amount was not able to steal the cybercriminals because they could not find the correct PIN code.

The identity of the defendants was clarified during the investigative and operational activities.

In particular, having established that someone was trying to withdraw money from the bank card of the victim, the detectives analyzed the recording of an observation video camera located at the ATM and found on it the image of two intruders, one of whom had already come to the attention of law enforcement agencies. Soon the man involved in the crime and his accomplice were detained.

The court found them guilty of committing crimes,. 4 items. 111 of the Criminal Code (deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm, which resulted in the death of the victim through negligence) and h. 3 items. 30, p. "A", "in" h. 2 items. 158 of the Criminal Code (attempted theft).
