The company "Lavang" is going to leave a hemisphere on the city pond. The organization that built it appealed to the Leninsky District Court for a decision on its dismantling. During this week, the complaint will be submitted to the Sverdlovsk Regional Court. This was reported in the press service of the Leninsky District Court.
Floating object appeared on the pond 4 years ago. In the hemisphere it was planned to make a museum of sports. But the company did not receive the necessary permits to conduct commercial activities. In mid-February 2018, the Ministry of Natural Resources demanded that the "chlamina" be removed from the city pond, the Leninsky District Court granted this claim in March 2018.
This case involved and State Duma deputy Andrei Alshevsky. But while the public and various agencies failed to achieve the object liquidation.
