In the Sverdlovsk Region, about three hundred million rubles will be allocated to the national standards for 1500 pedestrian crossings and the street-road network from the regional budget. 41 municipalities will receive help. This was reported at a meeting of the government commission on road safety, which was held on behalf of the governor Evgeny Kuyvashev.



In total at the moment in the cities of the Sverdlovsk region on the roads of local importance are equipped with 5000 "pedestrians". 3,500 of them already meet the new standards.
