The incidence rates in Kharkov, Izumy, Kupyansk, Bliznyukovsky, Borovsk, Dergachevsky, Kupyansky and Novovodolazhsky districts exceed the average.

The indicators of epidemic thresholds are not exceeded in any district of the region.

The highest figure was registered in the Kupyansky district, the lowest in Zolochiv. In the Pechenizhsky district, the incidence is not registered for the fourth consecutive week.

145 patients were hospitalized, including 120 children (60.7%).

Directly in Kharkov, 3 566 people fell ill. The number of cases decreased by 746 people.

Experts emphasize that, despite the reduction in the incidence rate, the activity of circulating viruses of the respiratory group, including influenza viruses, remains high.

According to the data of virological monitoring, 77 patients with suspected influenza and acute respiratory viral infection were diagnosed in 38 patients (49.4%). In 2 persons, the influenza A (H1N1) sw virus was found to be 5.3%, in 2 people there was a type B influenza virus (6.9%) and in 1 case the influenza A virus (non-titrating) was 2.6%. 44.7% of patients had parainfluenza virus, 28.9% had a PC virus and 13.2% had an adenovirus.
